Dantanna's Closes Sandy Springs Restaurant
The restaurant at the corner of Abernathy and Roswell roads rolled out a complete interior and exterior remodel nearly two years ago.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — A restaurant situated at a busy intersection in Sandy Springs has closed up shop, forcing its most loyal fans to get their neighborhood bar kicks at another establishment.
Dantanna's, located at the corner of Roswell and Abernathy roads, closed its doors earlier this week, a spokesperson for a public relations firm handling those matters for the company confirmed to Patch.
On the bright side, if you are craving the specialities and atmosphere Dantanna's offers to its patrons, you can still check out its two other locations in Atlanta: 3400 Around Lenox Drive Suite 304 and One CNN Center Suite 269.

Formerly known as Dantanna's Tavern, the neighborhood bar and restaurant opened in Sandy Springs in 2014. After two years of operating and due to growing customer demands, the restaurant rolled out an aesthetic makeover and adopted the dinner menu at the Buckhead location.
That redesign, the restaurant previously told Patch, brought a warmer feel both inside and out. The complete interior remodel installed plush leather seating in the bar area, warm, rich colors and fabrics, and a new lounge on the north patio. It also provided numerous flat screen TVs for fans who wanted to dine either inside or outside in the elements.
