For moms and their babies four weeks to pre-crawling (no crawlers, please), this class incorporates cardio and strength training. Your baby join in or stay close to you on your mat. The class will end with a gentle massage for your baby.
Bring a mat, front carrier, towel and water.
Oh Baby! Fitness requires a signed consent form from your doctor or health care provider if your baby is less than 12 weeks old.
If the session is already underway, you can still register for the remaining classes at a pro-rated price or for an individual class.
