Funds will expand the use of key community assets such as the Performing Arts Center, City Green, Heritage Amphitheater, Veterans Park, and other city parks and green spaces. Through luminous seascapes and serene landscapes, he captures the quiet poetry of nature—where shifting light, open horizons, and gentle tides evoke peace, reflection, and gratitude.
