Third Annual Tri for Tourette--Children's Triathlon

Concourse Athletic Club is proud to host the 3rd Annual Tri for Tourette, to raise money for the Tourette Syndrome Association of Georgia.  The child-sized triathlon will take place on Sunday, September 18th at 4:30 p.m. and includes food and activities for the whole family. Children ages 7 to 14 years old will compete as individuals with a donation of $35 in a 100-yard swim, 2.5 mile bike ride and a 1 mile run.  This year’s event will include a category for handicapped children as well as a mixed relay team category.  For the little ones age six years and under, there is a .33 mile fun run. This USAT sanctioned event is open to both members and non-members of the club.

Proceeds benefiting the Tourette Syndrome Association of Georgia will pay for families with children affected by Tourette Syndrome to attend a family retreat weekend, a week-long program for children at Camp Twin Lakes, on-going family, educational and professional support and production of educational packets.

Register online at TriforTourette.com or contact Tracy Meazell for registration information at 770.698.2090 or Laurie Moses at 404.372.5156.
