Judge Denies Bond For Woman Charged in Sandy Springs Double Murder

A judge has denied bond for a woman facing murder charges in the killing of two men last month in Sandy Springs, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Mableton resident Zusi Aguirre, 25, who was arrested in late September during a traffic stop in Mobile, Alabama, was denied bond on Tuesday by a Fulton County judge. Her next court date is Oct. 21, according to the AJC.

Sandy Springs police have charged Aguirre with felony murder, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony charges in connection to the shooting, which occurred just after 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14.
Two men — 23-year old Byron Caseres of Norcross and 27-year old Freddie Vega of Sandy Springs — were found shot to death inside Vega’s apartment unit at the Sovereign Place Apartments, located at 200 Franklin Road.

Police have released no motive in the shooting.
