Man Uses Phone To 'Upskirt' Woman at Sandy Springs Deli: Police
The customer said the man allegedly hovered close to her, and placed his cell phone on the ground to view up her dress.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- The Sandy Springs Police Department is investigating a report of a man trying to using a cell phone to snap photos up a woman's dress.

An officer with the agency responded to a peeping Tom report around 1:44 p.m. Thursday, April 28 at 6615 Roswell Road.
The woman told police she was at the deli and "noticed a man who positioned himself close to her," bent over and placed his cell phone on the ground at an angle to view up her dress, according to the agency's Weekly Wrap Up.

The man, the woman said, did the same maneuver several times a few minutes later, the agency notes. Sandy Springs police pulled the video showing the alleged suspect as a white male between 25 and 30 years old wearing an orange shirt that reads "Complex Means Quality" written on the back.
"The video shows an obvious attempt to snap a photo of the under-regions of the victim," the agency said.
According to an incident report released by the agency, the man is also described as having a medium build, weighing between 170 and 190 pounds, a slight beard and was sporting a short haircut.
