SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Mercedes-Benz USA on Wednesday unveiled the first rendering of its new home in Sandy Springs.

The company plans to break ground this spring and hopes to complete the facility by early 2018, according to its press release.
MBUSA, which relocated to a temporary facility in July 2015, will construct a new, state-of-the-art headquarters facility at the corner of Abernathy and Barfield roads near the intersection of S.R. 400 and Interstate 285.

The 225,000-square-foot headquarters will be located on a 12-acre campus at the south side of the 76-acre property, which is formerly home to Glenridge Hall.
The four-story building will contain innovative architectural elements designed to provide a performance-oriented and collaborative environment.
