Dominguez is being held at the Polk County Jail on a warrant issued by Sandy Springs detectives in the suspected murder of 31-year-old Antonio Bernabe, which occurred last week at the Parc at Dunwoody apartment complex on Brentwood Way.

According to an incident report released by the agency, an officer was dispatched at 9:28 p.m. Monday, June 22 to an apartment unit inside the residential development.

The person who called 911 reported that her “brother killed someone and the body was on the couch of the residence,” the incident report states.

Officers arrived on the scene and found a man lying on the living room sofa who appeared to be dead from a gunshot wound.
