Nurse Arrested For Sexual Assault In Sandy Springs
The nurse at North Crescent Endoscopy allegedly touched women's breasts as they were under anesthesia, and has turned himself in.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- The Sandy Springs Police Department arrested a registered nurse on Friday, May 12, for two counts of sexual battery and two counts of custodial sexual assault. The nurse turned himself into the Fulton County Jail.
Michael Morgan, a registered nurse at North Crescent Endoscopy, allegedly felt women's breasts while they were under anesthesia. He turned himself in eight days after police received reports of the sexual assaults.
On May 4, police responded to a sexual assault call at 7840 Roswell Rd. Mark Bauer, 59, of White, and Karl Thoreen, 64, of Cartersville, both pastors, reported that there had been a possible sexual assault at the North Crescent Endoscopy Atlanta Gastroenterology Association.

Both pastors reported to police that Morgan had sexually assaulted several women while they were under anesthesia. The investigation report states that the pastors reported "Mr. Morgan looked at these women inappropriately and lifted their bras and had contact with their breast."
The report states that both pastors were being careful as to how they came about this information and were taken to the Criminal Investigation Division to speak with Detective Cruz on the matter.
