Police Release Sketch of Alleged Murder Suspect

Sandy Springs police have released a composite sketch of the man allegedly behind the shooting death of a resident found dead Thursday afternoon on a sidewalk.

The suspect, identified as a light-skinned Hispanic male, is in his early 20s and has short black hair, brown eyes, thin mustache, average height and build, said agency spokesperson Sgt. Forrest Bohannon.
The man, who also has tattoos on his arms, was wearing a dark colored T-shirt, knee length shorts and white tennis shoes, Bohannon stated.

Police responded just after 4 p.m. July 23 to the shooting at 3 Cedar Run, which sits off Dunwoody Place.
Sgt. Bohannon previously told Patch that a man, identified as 22-year-old Ricardo Hernandez Ovalle of Alpharetta, was found deceased on the sidewalk with at least one gunshot wound to his body.
Sandy Springs Police are also offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
