Sandy Springs PAC To Begin Accepting Reservations

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- The highly anticipated Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center is another step closer to becoming the perfect place where area organizations can host events. Starting Monday, Nov. 13, the PAC will begin accepting reservations for events scheduled for September 2018 and beyond, the city said Thursday.

The Performing Arts Center is scheduled to officially open for performances in September 2018.

“This is an exciting milestone for the project,” said Sandy Springs Mayor Rusty Paul. “We are looking forward to hosting varied and high quality, first-class programming at City Springs and are eager to see the calendar develop.”

To make a reservation for a specific date for an event, promoters and other interested individuals must submit their request via the Rental Inquiry Form found on the City Springs website. In some cases, based on the event requirements, an additional Application for Lease may be required. The Performing Arts Center Rental Guide, available on request and found on the City Springs website, details all spaces available for rent in the facility and an overview of the functions and services provided by the venue.

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center booking calendar will follow rental rates which are subject to re-approval each year, and are valid from July 1 to June 30 of each calendar year. These fees include access to the space, utilities, basic event staffing, in-house marketing elements and other items which may be agreed upon in the event contract.

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs features its main stage with seating capacity of approximately 1,100, the studio theatre, main lobby, conference center and city green. Ample parking is available with approximately 1,125 parking spaces on site, with 750 of those in the underground parking deck. The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center’s in-house catering service is able to provide food and beverage for all events.
