Serial Office Burglary Suspect Arrested In Sandy Springs: Police

Sandy Springs Police have arrested a man from Atlanta in connection with 14 burglaries between December and May in commercial offices.

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — After months of investigation, the Sandy Springs Police Department has arrested an Atlanta man for committing multiple burglaries in commercial offices.

Ricky Ricardo Turner,51, of Atlanta, was charged with 14 counts of burglary in the second degree, 11 counts of felony theft by taking, and two counts of misdemeanor theft by taking.

Police said these burglaries took place from December 2018 to May in the area of Peachtree- Dunwoody Road, Hammond Drive and Glenridge Drive.

Turner was released from the Department of Corrections last October after serving five years for a burglary conviction, police say. He is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail with no bond.
