Slots Open for Kids Holiday Acting Camp

Act 3 Productions, the professional-level community theater based in Sandy Springs, is offering a Holiday Camp for kids, age kindergarten through sixth grade. 

The camp will take place Dec. 26-30 at the Act 3 Playhouse.  Hours are 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday; 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Friday, followed by an end-of-workshop performance at 2 p.m.

Participants will enjoy learning and performing a variety of solos, duets and group musical numbers, as well as learning accompanying choreography. Beginning improv technique and games will help build confidence on-stage, and at the end of the Holiday Camp, future actors will have a repertoire of songs to use for auditions. 

The fee for Act 3 Productions’ Holiday Camp is $275 per child and those interested can register at www.act3productions.org.  The Act 3 Playhouse is located behind Trader Joe’s in Sandy Springs Plaza, 6285-R Roswell Road.
