Teens Waved Guns at Construction Crew: Police
The three 17-year-old boys are all students at Riverwood International Charter School, Sandy Springs police say.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Three 17-year-old boys been arrested and charged in connection to an incident in which the suspects allegedly waved two guns at a construction crew in Sandy Springs.
Sandy Springs police arrested Kelly Skinner, Orlando Valree and Harold Mitchell just before 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11.
According to the agency's Facebook page, the trio, all students at Riverwood International Charter School, allegedly waved the guns at the crew on Raider Drive and Powers Ferry Road "several times" when they drove past the site.

The teens, the agency added, are also accused of firing two shots at or near a complainant during a separate incident on River Edge Parkway.
Patrol officers spotted the vehicle matching the description provided during a lookout alert and the occupants a short distance from the location of the incident. Two guns were also recovered from a car, a Honda, they were occupying at the time.

According to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police, all three teens were charged with violating the city's disorderly conduct ordinance.
