Thieves Steal Alcohol Valued at $2,500 From Sandy Springs Store: Police
Sandy Springs police investigators hope residents can help them identify the subjects captured on camera burglarizing the Juice Box.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- The Sandy Springs Police Department is hoping residents can help them identify the people captured on surveillance footage breaking into a liquor store and stealing alcohol valued at more than $2,000.
Officers were dispatched around 1:48 a.m. May 8 to an alarm call at the Juice Box, which is located at 6300 Powers Ferry Road.
The first officer arrived on the scene to find several bottles of liquor in the parking lot near the front door, which appeared to have been forced open using a tool or device, according to an incident report released by Sandy Springs police. Several bottles of liquor were also seen in a basket on the floor, and spilled liquor was found on several spots inside the business.

The report also notes the store manager estimates $2,500 in liquor as well as wine was taken from the establishment.
Surveillance footage released June 1 by Sandy Springs police show several suspects arrive in two newer model Hyundai passenger vehicles. The suspects exit the vehicle and return a short time later placing bags and boxes into the cars. One suspect is also captured on video entering the back door of the store with other suspects.
