Tree Falls On Car Along Roswell Road In Sandy Springs (UPDATED)
The tree fell in the 7700 block of Roswell Road, which forced the city to close all lanes to accommodate removal. No injuries were reported.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- No one was injured when a tree fell onto a vehicle early Tuesday evening on the northbound side of Roswell Road in Sandy Springs.
The tree came down in the 7700 block of Roswell Road, which is located near the Morgan Falls Road intersection. While the tree landed on the car, Sandy Springs police spokesperson Capt. The city of Sandy Springs initially closed both northbound and southbound lanes to the public, but reopened one lane in each direction as crews worked to remove debris and power lines from the highway.
