The woman told police she was at the deli and "noticed a man who positioned himself close to her," bent over and placed his cell phone on the ground at an angle to view up her dress, according to the agency's Weekly Wrap Up.
The suspect, the woman said, did the same maneuver several times a few minutes later, the agency previously said.

Police obtained surveillance video at the establishment showing the suspect as a white male between 25 and 30 years old.
Detectives were able to track down the suspect, later identified as Beck, by obtaining records showing he allegedly used a check card to purchase an energy drink at the establishment, the police blotter notes.
The Braselton resident was booked into the Fulton County Jail on May 10 and released the same day on a $3,000 bond.
