- A woman who has been accused of shooting a Savannah mom and kidnapping her twin babies will remain behind bars. A Chatham County judge denied bond for Angela Montgomery on Tuesday. In July, Montgomery was formally charged with attempted murder, two counts of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm (WSAV-TV)
