• Sweet treats, big impact: Cookies for CURE returns (wsav.com) — Pooler residents can support childhood cancer research by buying chocolate chunk cookies at the local Chick-fil-A on Sept. 29, with 100% of cookie sales going to CURE Childhood Cancer. The one-day Cookies for CURE fundraiser runs from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. at participating locations across coastal Georgia, turning a simple treat into meaningful help for affected families.
