🌱 Gang Member Pleads Guilty To 2016 Murder + I-95 Chemical Leak

Here are the top three stories today in Savannah:

  1. Timothy Coleman, Jr. pleaded guilty to a 2016 murder in Savannah this week. Coleman, a member of the Bloods gang, is one of four people who have been charged in connection to the murder of Dominique Powell. Coleman was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. (WTOC)
  2. A chemical leak was present on 1-95 near the I-16 interchange Friday morning. Savannah Fire responded to the leak, confirmed as Sanidate. The city's Hazmat team responded and worked to clean up the 50 gallons which were spilled. (WTOC)
  3. Savannah Police is searching for missing 20-year-old Elizabeth Harrison-White. She was last seen in Savannah and is known to frequent the downtown area. She is described as 5'4", 125 pounds, with blue eyes, long red hair, and often wearing slides with socks and other baggie clothing. Please call 911 if you see her. (WJCL)
