According to the Mayor, the city is "cautiously" evaluating infections and will implement further restrictions if numbers continue rising. - Affordable workforce housing in the heart of Savannah's Historic District is now available to qualifying tenants. On Tuesday, the Savannah College of Art and Design cut the ribbon on The Lofts on Pulaski, a 22-unit low-rent housing complex that was converted from student housing. The space was created under the university's SCAD SERVE initiative, which seeks to improve the quality of life for Savannah residents by focusing on areas of need like food, shelter, clothing, and the environment.
