- Truck drivers say the Port of Savannah's new rail system could help relieve the backlog that has plagued the port for several weeks. Gov. Brian Kemp says it'll increase movement by 30 percent. The Port of Savannah has had several big announcements throughout the week, starting with pop-up ports, or inland ports, from the White House's supply chain task force. (WJCL News)
- This Thursday, head to the Shindigs event "Boots and Scoops" at The Clyde. Grab your hat, best boots, bring a friend or just yourself, and get ready to learn how to line dance and Texas two-step. The venue opens at 7 p.m. Ice cream will be served! (Savannah Morning News)
