Here are the top three stories today in Savannah:

1. Georgia volunteer groups gathered in Savannah this weekend to send humanitarian supplies to aid Ukraine. The volunteers came in from around the state on Saturday to unload shipments of humanitarian supplies to Ukraine. Uliana Gonzalez, a Ukrainian living in Savannah, started a Facebook group called "Savannah Supports Ukraine" and was soon contacted by another group in Atlanta. The two groups collaborated with other groups to create opportunities to support Ukraine. (FOX 28)
2. Former Senator David Perdue spoke at a GOP breakfast at Carry Hilliard's on Saturday to discuss his position in Georgia's primary gubernatorial race. During the breakfast, Perdue recognized the current polls show him behind incumbent Brian Kemp but said he had faced greater odds in past races. Perdue also added Governor Kemp had fought former President Trump for the past two years that created a rift amongst conservatives. (FOX 28)
3. A weekend crash temporarily closed a section of Southbound White Bluff on Saturday evening. According to police, the crash took place at White Bluff Road and Hampstead Avenue. Four people involved were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening issues. (WTOC)
