SAVANNAH, GA (November 4, 2021) – Savanah Police detectives arrested a 19-year-old suspect in connection to the Oct. 31 shooting death of Terrance Palmer on Morekis Drive.

Paris Holmes has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and single counts of party to a crime-murder and robbery by sudden snatching. He was booked into the Chatham County jail Nov. 3.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Morekis Drive around 1:20 p.m. Oct. 31 and discovered Palmer suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
