SAVANNAH, GA (September 26, 2021) – Savannah Police Violent Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting that injured a juvenile male yesterday.
At approximately 12:15 p.m., Sept. 25, officers received a ShotSpotter notification in the area of 37th and Cedar Streets. While in route, officers were notified that a juvenile male was located with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the foot area. He was transported for further treatment.

Detectives quickly gathered information on additional persons involved in the incident and transported multiple individuals to headquarters for questioning. This shooting does appear to be an isolated incident between known parties.
