Here are the top three stories in Savannah today:
- The Savannah Police Department has charged a suspect in the fatal shooting of a Savannah 18-year-old. Kavon Giles, 22, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and pointing a gun at another. The incident occurred on Shellbark Way. Giles is being held at the Chatham County Jail. (fox28media.com)
- Professional basketball player Chris Cokley hosted a basketball camp this last weekend. The camp was Cokley's way of giving back to the Savannah community. The camp was on Saturday and Sunday for over 75 children. Participants practiced shooting drills and layups and even competed against each other by playing 5-on-5. (WJCL News Savannah)
