🌱 Soccer Complex Shooter Indicted + Enmarket Arena Opens

Here are the top 3 stories today in Savannah:
- Mario Wallace, the suspect accused of shooting and killing of Rajak Young near the Jennifer Ross Soccer Complex in October, was formally indicted by a grand jury in Chatham County on Thursday, Feb. 3. Wallace has been charged with malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault. (Fox28Savannah)
- Officials are investigating the fire at a mobile home on Ogeechee Road that killed Michael C. Watson, 64, on Jan. 31. The Commissioner's office says this is the 20th death from a Georgia fire in 2022 so far. Investigators are currently trying to determine the exact cause of the blaze. (WSAV-TV)
- The long-awaited 9,500-seat Enmarket Arena opens tomorrow, Feb. 5, with a family-friendly Community Day, open to the public from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be live music from local bands, carnival-style games, tours of the Enmarket Arena, and more. (WSAV-TV)
