Abuser of Elderly Woman Arrested AGAIN ... !

Please note the person who faces double digit indictments for Financial Exploitation & Abuse of an Elderly as handed out by the Cobb County Grand Jury this past November has been arrested AGAIN.

Rachel Marie Gann, already facing over 200 years in prison and/or an approximately $500,000.00 fine, has been arrested by Cobb County Police on December 1, 2014.  She is currently in the Cobb County Adult Detention Facility on multiple charges including: Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License, No Insurance, and KNOWINGLY driving a vehicle with a suspended, expired, or revoked registration.

It appears the Cobb County Pre-Trial Services has utterly failed to supervise this individual as these latest arrests could, arguably, lend  a rational person to state Ms. Gann is in flagrant violation of Judge Phillip Thompson’s Bond Order stating among other things: Defendant will not violate any laws, local, state or federal.

So, let’s see if the Judge releases her once again ...MAYBE SHE WONT HURT ANYONE ... !
