Cobb County Police have charged Micah Deangelo Garner, 34, in connection with the death of James Connell, 43, the department said.

Jail records on Monday showed Garner has been incarcerated since May 10 and faces a charge of concealing the death of another.
He is also facing charges of loitering and prowling, as well as giving a false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer, jail records showed.
