As a ministry of Mt. Bethel UMC in East Cobb County, Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, a fully accredited Kindergarten through 8th grade program, is now offering bus transportation. Many of their families carpool from Smyrna to their Marietta campus. To alleviate commute challenges and minimize vehicle traffic, they will now be offering round trip bus transportation services for students between Smyrna First UMC located at 1315 Concord Rd SE and their school campus at 4385 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta.
