Sarah Bryant Joins Comcast as Senior VP of Finance and Accounting

SARAH BRYANT NAMED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

FOR COMCAST CABLE CENTRAL DIVISION

ATLANTA – August 21, 2012 – Sarah Bryant has been named Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Comcast Cable’s Central Division, headquartered in Atlanta.  In her new role, Bryant will oversee budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, purchasing, capital planning and information technology and systems in support of more than 17 million combined video, data and phone customers throughout the 15 states that comprise the Central Division.

Bryant brings more than 17 years of finance management experience to her new role.  In her most recent position as Vice President of Budgets and Capital at Comcast Cable headquarters in Philadelphia, she managed the cable group’s forecasting, annual budget and capital.  Prior to that, Bryant held positions as Regional Vice President, Finance & Business Operations in California and the Colorado region, and as Business Operations Director in San Francisco.

Bryant holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and a master’s degree in accounting from Babson College.  She has served on the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Bay Area Board as well as the Denver Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee Board.  Bryant has also participated in several leadership programs and is a Class XXIII graduate of Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, the flagship executive development program of Women in Cable Telecommunications.
