Sapp represents employers in traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice proceedings, representation cases, arbitrations and collective bargaining. He also counsels employers on day-to-day employment matters to help them avoid disputes that might lead to litigation. He works with a variety of industries, including financial institutions, electrical utilities, and cities and counties.
Alisa Pittman Cleek, who lives in Smyrna, defends employers in employment-related litigation and represents them in traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice proceedings, representation cases, arbitrations, and collective bargaining. She also proactively counsels employers regarding day-to-day employment decisions to avoid litigation. Cleek works with a range of industries nationwide, including chemicals and mining operations, major restaurant chains, sales organizations, and retail operations.
