Avison Young Arranges 97,000 Square-Foot Industrial Lease on Boulder Ridge Road

Avison Young’s Atlanta office has arranged the lease of a 97,000-square-foot distribution and wholesale facility located at 4075 Boulder Ridge Road in Atlanta. Elliott Electric Supply, one of the largest electrical distributors in the nation with more than 140 locations in seven states, signed a lease for 10 years.

Established in 1972 in Nacogdoches, Texas, Elliott Electric Supply holds more than $140 million in inventory among its two million square feet of building space. They are a leader in supplying residential, commercial and industrial businesses with electrical parts.

Bruce Logue of Avison Young represented the landlord, Clarion Partners, while Brad Pope of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the tenant. Clarion Partners holds the property on behalf of a commingled fund managed by the firm. Jesse Harty, asset manager for Clarion Partners, was also involved in the transaction.

The Avison Young Atlanta team is supported by a full-service office that includes sales, marketing, leasing, property management and research teams. The firm currently manages more than 19.5 million square feet of property across the Atlanta region.
