The DPR Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged children reach their full potential through regional organization support, today announced its 2013-2014 grant awards program to 15 organizations, collectively receiving $900,000. The Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta’s Brookhaven Club was among the selected organizations and is supported locally by DPR Hardin in Atlanta.

“DPR Hardin prides itself on being an integral part of the communities in which we work, a main principle that our company was founded on,” said Russ Brockelbank who leads the Atlanta office of DPR Hardin Construction. “Through the DPR Foundation, we are continuing our commitment of building long-lasting relationships with local organizations and are proud to support the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta’s Brookhaven Club for the fifth year in a row.”

Grant winners are selected annually by the DPR Foundation board and local teams. In addition to financial assistance, DPR Hardin volunteers make the annual commitment to donate their time to their local organizations. The DPR Foundation measures the success and progress of these programs on an annual basis to ensure each grantee stays on mission and is achieving results.
