Canine-Human Bond Part of Upcoming Atlanta Science Festival

Dating advice? No, these are some of the expert tips that Canine Assistants founder Jennifer Arnold has for dog owners who want to make their dog their BFF.

The remarkable science behind the canine-human bond will be on full display during the upcoming Atlanta Science Festival Exploration Expo, being held on Saturday, March 26, at Centennial Olympic Park, where Jennifer will have some of Canine Assistants’ service dogs – who are placed with people living with epilepsy and other serious diseases – on hand.

Jennifer will be providing tips for how any dog owner can strengthen this bond – leading to a loving and loyal relationship.

As part of its commitment to the epilepsy community, Smyrna-based biopharmaceutical company UCB has sponsored 367 canine assistants dogs specially trained to support people with epilepsy since 2003, and is bringing the organization to the expo to showcase its work.
