Gypsy Thief Arrested AGAIN, Facing Double Digit Indictments for Exploitation of the Elderly Charges

Rachel Marie Gann-- AKA Wilson, AKA Harris, AKA Ledbetter--has adopted yet another ALIAS ... ! Ms. Gann has been reported using the name Marie Ledbetter as recently as just a few days after her release from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center following her latest arrest December 1, 2014 on multiple charges including one felony and two misdemeanors.

It is important to note Ms. Gann, at the time of her arrest, was on bond awaiting arraignment/trial on double digit indictments related to Financial Exploitation & Abuse of the Elderly. Each of the ten indictments could carry up to 23 years in prison (with a level IIIV Sentencing Guideline of 65-90% mandatory to serve) and/or a $50,000.00 fine per count upon conviction. Is she planning on jumping bond ... and could a reasonable person argue a change of name might indicate such plans ... ?

On December 22, 2014 Ms. Gann AKA Ledbetter told witnesses at Murph's Lounge off South Cobb Drive she was "leaving the state and moving to South Carolina right after the first of the year; she is due in court 9AM January 5th, 2015 for arraignment on 11 separate felony indictments with multiple Crimes Against the Elderly charges which could bring over 230 years in prison and at least a Half Million Dollar Fine.

And at that time the ADA will point out that Ms. Gann AKA Ledbetter was arrested December 1st, 2014 for multiple charges while ALREADY OUT ON BOND for Exploitation & Abuse of the Elderly. What do you think she thinks the Judge will do at the January 1st Arraignment ...trust her to be a good girl until trial ...or revoke her bond ... ?

More importantly, does Bond James Bond believe she will show up for the January 1st Arraignment ... ?
