Cobb Police: Cumberland Bank Robbed
The Regions Bank in the 1600 block of Cumberland Parkway was the victim of an armed robbery on Tuesday morning.
Cobb County police detectives are responding to a Smyrna-area bank following an armed robbery at the location on Tuesday morning, police officials confirmed.
Officer Mike Bowman told Patch that officers responded to the armed robbery at the Regions Bank at Cumberland Parkway and Atlanta Road at approximately 10:45 a.m. Tuesday. Officers are working the scene now, and detectives will soon arrive to begin their investigation.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
