Dangerously Cheesy: Deputies Find Meth in Cheetos Bag
The driver consented to a search of his vehicle after he was pulled over in Smyrna; police then found the drugs hidden under the seat.

A Norcross man discovered that it ainβt easy being cheesy after Cobb County police arrested him for hiding half a pound of methamphetamine inside a Cheetos bag.
According to the Marietta Daily Journal, Juan Luis Quintanar-Martinez was pulled over by sheriffβs deputies on Windy Hill Road near Burbank Circle in Smyrna on the evening of Jan. 6. Quintanar allowed deputies search his vehicle, the MDJ says.
Deputies found a grocery bag under the seat of Quintanarβs 2000 Ford F-150 and opened it to find a bag of Cheetos inside. Instead of finding processed cheesy puffs, deputies found a clear bag of suspected methamphetamine. The suspected drugs weighed over half a pound, the MDJ says.

Quintana is being held without bond in the Cobb County jail on charges of methamphetamine trafficking, records show. He is also sought by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
