Delta Community Vinings Branch Celebrates 10th Anniversary

From the Delta Community Credit Union: Delta Community Credit Union is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of its Vinings Branch, located at 3250 Riverwood Parkway. This branch was the Credit Union’s first location in Cobb County and now anchors its administrative headquarters on its Vinings Campus, which also includes offices at the adjoining Riverwood 100 and newly-constructed Riverwood 200 buildings. Two other Delta Community retail branches are located on Dallas Highway and Johnson Ferry Road.

"When our Vinings Branch opened in 2007, Delta Community had 163,000 members,” said Delta Community CEO Hank Halter. “Today, we serve more than 360,000 members, including nearly 30,000 here in Cobb County, and we look forward to continued growth and success in this dynamic area.”

In addition to serving Credit Union members, Delta Community supports Cobb County individuals and organizations. So far this year, the Credit Union has invested more than $80,000 through sponsorships of local civic events and support of schools, and charitable donations to non-profit organizations serving Cobb County.
