On Sunday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., executive chef Chip Ulbrich is celebrating the holiday with a Southern-style, three-course feast. Menu highlights include fried green tomatoes with goat cheese, pepper coulis and basil, buttermilk fried chicken with garlic collard greens, bliss potatoes and honey-thyme jus and caramelized krispies and peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream.
