5K Fit Series

Kick-off 2012 right by learning what it takes to run or walk a 5K in just 12 weeks.  PT Solutions will offer motivational tips and help you set goals for your fitness plan. The class will also offer suggestions of various 5K run/walks to participate in solo or as the 5K Fit group.

This series is for the young and not so young.  Get fit with a friend or your whole family.
