Gas prices down six cents per gallon last seven days

Gas prices continue to fall and Patch wants to help you find the lowest prices in the Smyrna-Vinings area.

In the last seven days, the national average price of self-serve regular is down six cents a gallon to $3.646. Monday, the price of oil fell below $92 a barrel at one point on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Based on market fundamentals, analysts are predicting that oil prices will drop below $90 a barrel and with it will come even lower costs at the pump. Prices have been falling for six weeks, and there are current concerns about the Greek bailout and resulting European debt crisis.
