Gina G. Roman Joins Sterling Risk Advisors as Director of Human Resources

Sterling Risk Advisors has appointed Gina G. Román as Director of Human Resources. Her duties will include recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, and benefit administration roles. Sterling Risk Advisors is a full-service Atlanta-based risk management and insurance brokerage firm serving the commercial, professional and personal needs of clients across a diverse spectrum of industries.

“Gina Román brings to Sterling strong communications and successful negotiating skills, team building and staff leadership abilities,” said Doug Rieder, President, Sterling Risk Advisors. “She also has strong analytic problem solving skills and project planning and oversight expertise.”

Román has experience in a variety of human resources, finance and operations. Immediately prior to joining Sterling Risk Advisors, Román worked for National Pain Care as their Director of Human Resources. Before that, she worked in a variety of roles for the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee.

Román graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in physical education, and she received her Master of Business Administration from The Citadel. She currently lives in Smyrna, Ga.
