According to WSB-TV, the Cobb County Planning Commission has unanimously approved Krogerβs plan to convert the second floor of the Sears building into an 88,000 sq. ft. grocery store. The plan would also add a Kroger fuel station to the mallβs parking lot.
The Cobb County Board of Commissioners has the final say on the project, WSB-TV expects the board to vote on the issue during their May 19 zoning hearing.
