At Least 2 In Custody After Smyrna School Threat
The high school was locked down after police say threats were made against the campus.

SMYRNA, GA — At least two people were in custody Monday afternoon after threats led to a lockdown at a high school in Smyrna.
Cobb County Police had issued an all-clear at Campbell High School, at 5265 Ward St. Earlier, the school had been on "red alert" due to the threats. Parents were being advised Monday afternoon they could meet their students at the soccer field off of Ward Street.
No student injuries were reported, according to police.

A social media post from Cobb Police said two people had been detained in the incident. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution was reporting Monday that three people were detained.

It was unclear Monday whether the people who made the threats are students. Spokespeople for Cobb County Police and Smyrna Police did not immediately respond to requests by Patch for comment.
Cobb PD is assisting Smyrna PD and campus PD at Campbell High School after treats were made to the school. Smyrna PD advised parents can meet their kids at the soccer friend off WARD STREET. Be advised there are two detained at this time. No student injuries reported.
