According to an AP article, homebuilder confidence and sales outlook soar, even with the increase in mortgage rates on the horizon.
This is great news for Smyrna and all of Southeast Cobb, which has seen a huge increase in home-building and a shortage already.
Maybe we can get Branch Properties to start sitting on Jonquil Village and start moving forward with a mixed-use development.
