Rachel Marie Gann AKA Ledbetter ...Fugitive from Justice ...AGAIN !

Exploiter of the Elderly on the Run from Cobb County Law Enforcement

Rachel Marie Gann AKA Ledbetter is on the run from Cobb County Law Enforcement ...Again! According to court records Gann was sentenced to 5 years probation for 9 counts of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly a year ago. Since then she has been arrested multiple times, had First Offender status revoked, and had probation revoked at least twice. In fact, while on bond for the original exploitation charges she was arrested for Felony Methamphetamine Possession. She is currently wanted for multiple Felony Probation Violations.

Her victim, the Official State of Georgia Great Great Granny, was 92-years old and diagnosed with Age-Related Dementia at the time of the crime. Gann faced a possible 230-year sentence but the judge chose to be sentencing her to a 5 year First Offender probated sentence ...a break she figuratively threw away when she violated her probation within days of being sentenced.

Offender Gann is described as a 46 year old white female weighing 180 pounds. If you have any information concerning the whereabouts of this person do not attempt to confront her ...Call Cobb County Sheriff's Office Warrant Division at (770) 499-4697 OR Cobb County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Task Force at (770) 499-4752.
