RADCO to give Keeneland Farms Facelift, New Name

According to this bizjournal article, RADCO purchased the 1972 Keeneland Farms property which has 439 units. They intend to rebrand it as Ashford Woods. Between this property and another in Newnan, RADCO plans to renovate the community including updating the exterior. This is a large community, and renovating it should be a big boon to the city.
