Reminder: Cobb and Douglas Public Health Offering $15 Flu Shots This Week

Cobb County residents who would like to be vaccinated against the latest strain of the flu are invited to get their shot this week from Cobb and Douglas Public Health, the Marietta Daily Journal reports.

Shots will cost $15 and will be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. every weekday until Dec. 13, according to the MDJ. Cobb and Douglas Public Health can bill Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Meritain, TRICARE Standard, Humana, Coventry and First Health without co-pays, the MDJ says.

Smyrna and Vinings residents can get their shots at the Cobb County Community Health Center at 1650 County Services Pkwy. in Marietta.
