Seattle's Best Coffee Set For Area Return
Coffeehouse will take over the vacant corner space at the Shops at Silver Comet development at 4626 Camp Highland Road.

You may not be able to get a cup of Seattle’s Best Coffee anymore at the soon to be closed Borders (more on the Cobb Parkway bookstore in a moment), but don’t worry, another nearby location is on the way.
A source has confirmed to Patch that the vacant corner space at the Shops at Silver Comet development at 4626 Camp Highland Road will soon be home to a Seattle’s Best Coffee.
Seattle’s Best Coffee, which is owned by Starbucks Corporation, has more than 400 cafes in the United States.

Among the anchor tenants at the Shops at Silver Comet, which is located 0.1 mile west of the South Cobb Drive and East/West Connector intersection, are , Firehouse Subs and FedEx/Kinkos.
Messages with RCG Ventures, the real estate investment group that owns the Shops at Comet Trail, had not been returned at the time of this article’s posting. It is not known when the new coffeehouse will open.

The Seattle’s Best Coffee located inside the Borders location at has been closed for weeks following the mid-March announcement that the bookstore chain was filing bankruptcy. It is one of more than 200 Borders across the country that has closed or is in the process of shutting its doors.
The official end of the Borders in the Parkway Point Shopping Center south of Cumberland Mall will come on Tuesday, April 12. Until then, the liquidation sale continues with all items on sale for 50 to 70 percent off.
